Overview
From the press release on the original Titanium
From the tough titanium sandblast finish to the highest grade polycarbonate plastic (less than 0.00001% defect), everything about this disc is bombproof and follows on from DataWrite's ability for making very high quality discs at very affordable prices.
The dye used on this disc is at the forefront of dye technology in the world today. It is 100% rock-solid in terms of compatibility and playback and is a whole generation ahead of any other disc in the market.
Datawrite Titanium will set the standard for all discs to follow.

The Titanium has undergone a dye change since my review nearly a year ago so I think it's time for an updated review to see if they are any different

Under The Microscope
What better to start this review with my newly developed Media Quality Spreadsheet and my algorithms incorporated into DVDInfoPro with LightningUK's Imgburn burning data integrated into a newly developed burn speed graph of DVDInfoPro
A recording has been made on each of the drives with Imgburn ISO burn mode and then tested with DVDInfoPro testing software.
Thee new features will be incorporated in the next releases of the software so look out for the announcements of their release

If you click on the image of the relevant drive below the graphs will come up in a popup window.
TESTLAB DRIVES

Conclusion
The results follow in the true DATAWRITE TITANIUM tradition giving an overall score of 92% representing a value for money of 97% at the current market price of £25 per 100. these discs produced almost perfect burns in all of my drives and currently can be purchased at a very competitive price so I would advise check your compatibility and snap this media up whilst you can. I know I will be ;)

Footnote
My original scan of the Pioneer burn was wrongly misrepresented by the Philips scan due to the drive needing a reset. a rescan of the same disc has produced more favourable results
